Password and encrypted history

Your password also unlocks the encryption key for report history. Change it only from Settings inside a RadDictate app so existing history stays readable. This account portal has no password, keyring, or Reset Encryption controls. Open the phone app and choose Settings.

Forgot it? Request a reset from an app's sign-in screen. Account access returns, but the new password cannot unlock existing encrypted history. OUI Cloud does not currently offer a recovery key. Reset links open in the secure reset handler.

Templates changed elsewhere

Choose which complete template set to keep. Keeping mine will retry against the version that reported this conflict; another intervening change will stop the save again.
