Your password also unlocks the encryption key for your report history. Resetting by email restores account access, but the new password cannot unlock previous encrypted cloud history. After you sign in, use Start fresh if automatic fresh encryption is not offered. Reports still readable on this device may remain local-only for view/export. OUI Cloud does not currently offer a recovery key. If you know your current password, change it in Settings instead. Signing in with a different account automatically removes recordings and other readable local work left by the previous account where possible; cleanup is retried if needed.

App

Version
Change password Keeps your encrypted report history and labels readable (recommended when you know the current password). Keep this page open until “Password changed” appears. This device continues working; other devices must sign in again with the new password.
Only if you forgot your password. Account access returns with the new password, but it cannot unlock previous encrypted cloud history. After you sign in, use Start fresh if automatic fresh encryption is not offered. OUI Cloud does not currently offer a recovery key. If you know your current password, use Change password above instead. Devices sign out shortly after they next connect.
Start fresh creates a new encryption key after a reset if automatic fresh encryption is not offered.
