Your password unlocks your encrypted reports, so after a reset previous cloud reports cannot be opened. When you sign in, OUI Cloud sets up fresh encryption automatically and new reports work normally. Reports still visible on a device you are signed in on are local copies — you can view or export them there, but they will not sync. If another device still shows reports you need, cancel and export them first.
